Bubbleparc

For children in Barcelona, taking them to the Bubbleparc is a must. It’s a really unique amusement park out in the open air close to the sea. The attractions at this park are like no other, they will challenge physical skills and courage. There’s the bungy dome, where a child can jump 8 meters, a tricycle track, electric boats and even water walkers. If it’s a birthday why not organise a party here? Traditional food will be served along with tasty cake and sweets in a pinata!

Isla de Fantasia

This is a fun water park perfect for the whole family, great to cool you down in the hot weather! If you can, try to find a place called Julia tours when you can purchase your tickets. From there you’ll get two options: purchase a ticket that includes transfers to and from the waterpark either from 9am-4pm or 11am-6pm. The great thing about this park is they don’t force you to buy their own food and drink, you’re more than welcome to bring your own (which you can enjoy in a lovely picnic area). Not only that, the park is absolutely sparkling – not a sign of dirt or grime in sight! There’s a variety of slides for all ages and the park is pretty huge. This is a lovely place to spend a day of your holiday in Barcelona.

Gran Casino Barcelona

The Gran Casino Barcelona is a place you can visit if you fancy trying your luck. Upstairs you’ll find the slot machines, and downstairs you’ll find the blackjack tables and poker tables. The decor is modern and very clean, with a restaurant and bar to keep you fed and watered. There’s a great atmosphere here, so you’re sure to have a great time whether you win or lose!

Montserrat

A popular choice for travelers to the Catalan capital, Montserrat offers stunning views from 4000ft, and of course the magnificent historical Monastery on display. There are Montserrat Tours available throughout the day, making it an ideal activity to get away from the busy streets for a while.

Magic Fountain

The magic fountain is famous in Barcelona and is a definite must when in the city. It’s a light and water music show that lasts for around half an hour, but be sure you get there on time because it can become packed with tourists! You’ll have plenty of great picture opportunities, and even the chance to get soaked by the fountain. A great atmosphere really makes the magic fountain a great evening for all to enjoy!

The Gothic Quarter

The gothic quarter is a historic neighborhood complete with street performers, great architecture and small alley ways. There are plenty of places to stop for a drink here, and great shopping opportunities. The walk is lovely and you could easily spend a whole afternoon exploring here!
